I think the idea to launch this option of personalized silicone phone covers is brilliant and much appreciated.
The cover fits well and the design is good too. The name is not very clear and since the whole purpose was personalization, I was disappointed that the name was not written clearly as was shown in the image.
Also, I would have appreciated timely information about the status of the delivery. The cover was intented as a gift but I received it long after the birthday. At the time of booking, an estimated date should be provided and later the buyer should be updated about any delays.
Wishing you all the best! I hope you broaden your range of products as it is a very novel idea and take this feedback into consideration and continue to grow.
