I ordered two passport covers for my mother and father and have not seen the covers myself. But my parents told me that they are of good quality. And I wanted it to be delivered by a particular date and paid extra for express shipping and the products were delivered on time.
However, one of the two covers had a defect. While one cover had “The Messy Corner” on it, the other one did not.
Product is good with respect to all specified parameters like Heat retention, good look, Cap fit, ease of use.

The product I received was well-finished. The bottle does keep the drinks warm though I am not sure if it does it for the promised 12+ hours as I have not been able to test it for so long. Other than that, the bottle is handy and light too and the customisation adds a personal touch, even though I think it is on the costlier side for charging 200 rupees just for the engraving. But other than that, it is a nice purchase and I quite like it.
